Diana co-leads Revantage Europe with Jeff Bossy, CFO. Integral to Revantage Europe's challenge of supporting Blackstone with a global service organization, Diana is a consummate leader who has built and guided a Blackstone company for over a decade. Along with day-to-day involvement in financial reporting and transaction matters, she acts as a director on a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.
Diana has been a Financial Controller of the hotel group, Hospitality Europe, when it was purchased by Blackstone in 2006. She stayed as Chief Financial Officer for Axios Hospitality Real Estate for five years before moving to Revantage Europe. A qualified certified accountant, Diana holds a business degree from the German Chamber of Commerce, Berlin.
Jeff co-leads Revantage Europe with Diana Hoffman, COO. Jeff joined Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) when it initiated in 2004 and has contributed to its development ever since. His leadership skills and acumen have been recognized and appreciated in a variety of roles. In addition to managing the Finance teams of Revantage Europe, he is involved in tax structuring and compliance matters. He also acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.
Before joining Revantage, Jeff worked as a manager at Grant Thornton and KPMG, specializing in services to commercial companies, private equity funds and real estate funds. Jeff is a qualified certified accountant and holds a MA in Management Sciences from HEC Business School, Liege.
Elijah Kanevskiy has an in-depth knowledge of the US and European real estate markets, and is a member of Revantage Europe's Executive Management team. Along with being responsible for the oversight of the European open-ended Core+ fund’s platform and its portfolios across Europe, Elijah acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s BREP and BPP investment entities in Europe.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2018, he held senior positions at various US-based real estate asset management firms, including closed-end and open-end fund managers, listed, traded and non-traded REITs. Most recently, in his capacity as a Real Estate VP, he oversaw the launch of the Rhone Group’s first open-end fund. Prior to that, Elijah was responsible for NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. (NYSCE: NRE) and NorthStar Healthcare Income Inc. SEC and investor reporting. He also held various finance positions at Paramount Group Inc., ING Clarion Partners LLC and began his career as an auditor at Friedman LLP.
In 2018, Elijah relocated from the US to join our firm in Luxembourg. He holds a B.S. in Public Accounting from Fordham University, New York City, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ingrid brings a formidable business and technology leadership background to the company. Leading the technology team, she focuses on determining and addressing all of Revantage Europe’s technology needs, in order to seamlessly align with the company’s corporate strategy.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2018, Ingrid was a Managing Director of CBRE GIA Luxembourg, and Global Head of Information Management.
Ingrid received a BA with Distinction from DePaul University in Chicago and studied Real Estate and Investment at Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Michael’s prodigious experience in financial management prepared him for the key leadership role he has in Revantage Europe. Along with his finance duties, Michael is a member of the Executive Management team, and he also acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2016, he worked as an auditor at Deloitte Luxembourg for almost four years, and as a Financial Manager at a Luxembourg-based IT services firm for four years.
Michael resides in the countryside near the German/Luxembourgish border. Michael is a graduate of the Berlin School of Economics.
Dorota Roch’s background in corporate finance, and as an independent consultant, lend her an abundance of expertise in matters that are core to the ongoing success of the Revantage Europe corporate initiative. Along with being a member of Revantage Europe's Executive Management team, she acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.
Prior to joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2012, she worked as a Finance Consultant in Kinetic Partners LLP (now Duff & Phelps) a premier independent advisor with expertise in the areas of valuation, corporate finance, disputes and investigations, compliance and regulatory matters, and other governance-related issues.
Dorota is a qualified certified accountant who holds a M. S. in Finance and Banking from University of Economics in Poland.
Alex’s legal bona fides make him an essential asset to the Revantage Europe corporate initiative. He acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and is also a member of Revantage Europe’s Executive Management team.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2015, Alex worked as a corporate finance lawyer at a leading law firm in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Prior to that he was associated with the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the student outreach branch of the 2008 Obama For America presidential campaign.
Alex is a member of the New York State Bar and earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University.
Laia’s multifaceted financial and accounting knowledge enables her to lead several cross-functional projects and departments: Acquisition Accounting, Consolidation and Group Policies & Procedures. Laia acts also as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Luxembourg.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2015, Laia worked as a Team leader in TMF Group, supervising all reporting and consolidations obligations of various multijurisdictional clients with special focus on investors’ requirements, reporting in different GAAPS and markets (EMEA, LATAM and APAC).
Laia holds a MA in Business Administration and Management from University of Lleida, Spain.
Sandrine was the first member of BRE Europe (now Revantage Europe) Luxembourg office tax team and helped to create the VAT, CIT and International Tax teams. Her knowledge on tax matters is extensive: she is involved in Corporate, VAT, Transfer Pricing and International Tax matters, besides acting also as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities across Europe, including Luxembourg and France.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2015, Sandrine was a VAT Senior Manager at PwC Luxembourg where she worked for more than 9 years, specializing in VAT to private equity and real estate funds.
Sandrine holds a taxation and business degree from the French University of Poitiers.
Johan joined Revantage Europe in 2019 with a focus on the Treasury department reorganization and rolling out new Treasury solutions. He gathered extensive knowledge on treasury matters by covering several positions across his international career.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2019, Johan was Deputy Treasurer of Etex for 7 years, and prior to that held various treasury positions at RTL Group and EY.
Johan holds a MA in business engineering from HEC Business School, Liege.
With her solid legal background, Eleni coordinates her team towards securing timely compliance for all the entities under the Revantage Europe umbrella. She is also acting as a director for some Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.
Before joining Revantage Europe in 2018, Eleni was the founding partner of “We & Law LLP”, a law firm seated in Greece. She pursued that role for 14 years, providing legal advice within the banking and renewable energy industries, holding simultaneously an in-house position as the Head of the Legal Department in an international group of pharmaceutical companies.
Eleni is a certified member (attorney at law) of Thessaloniki’s Bar Association and holds an LLM in Banking & Finance Law from QMUL (UK) and an MSc in Commercial and Economic Law from AUTH (Greece).
Véronique supervises HR related operations including People Administration and payroll, monitoring performance evaluation process & training, delivering data analytics, coordinating with Senior Management and leading HR related projects. With her integrity and caring nature, besides the long standing HR career, Véronique is the best placed to support our employees.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe), she worked for 10 years at Securex Luxembourg, key HR services provider in Luxembourg and covered recruitment, advisory, payroll and outsourced HR services.
Véronique has completed commercial studies in France before working in London for 4 years for a contemporary art books distributer.
Among other functions, Nathalie is involved with servicing the Luxembourg offices and lines of business across the company. Her team delivers services associated with Facilities, Office Services, Corporate Travel, Dining Services, Business Continuity and Physical Security.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe), Nathalie worked for Bloomberg Financial Services for 6 years and other large multinational companies. Nathalie grew up in France and worked in Germany and the UK, before returning to Paris and Lyon and relocating to Luxembourg to bring her multinational experience to Revantage Europe.
Nathalie holds a degree from the University of Human Sciences from Strasbourg, France.
Claudia and her team focus on supporting the Revantage Europe leadership team and their strategic initiatives.
Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2017, Claudia worked three years as a Management Consultant in KPMG Luxembourg, providing advice and project management services to clients on process improvement, pursuit management and system implementation. Prior to that, Claudia covered several roles within Ferrero International (financial analyst, business analyst and financial controller).
Claudia holds a Master in Business Administration and International Accounting Standards from University of Turin, Italy and she is certified in PRINCE 2 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Among other functions, Guibert is involved in financial reporting and transaction matters. He also acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe. He spent 4,5 years in the Luxembourg office before moving to chair the Dutch office.
Before joining Blackstone universe in 2011, Guibert acquired 9 years of experience in Belgium and Luxembourg in the international trust industry (Grant Thornton Fiduciaire, TMF Group, and Mercuria Services).
Guibert is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in accounting and tax from the Léon-Eli Troclet High School, Liège.
Mariaan’s long-standing career in finance makes her a valued member of Revantage Europe. Among other functions, she is involved in financial reporting and tax matters. She is also a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.
Before joining Blackstone universe in 2011, Mariaan worked as a financial accountant at Prologis and prior to that as senior accountant and account manager at TMF Group. Mariaan is originally from South Africa and relocated to the Netherlands in 2008.
Mariaan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2004 and was admitted as a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants in 2008.
Tom’s key responsibilities are leading the Revantage UK platform and supporting and collaborating with European portfolio companies managed by Blackstone Real Estate.
Tom is a senior finance and operations executive with over 20 years’ experience; the last nine spent in the Real Estate industry. He has extensive leadership and management qualities gained from his professional career and as a commissioned army officer. He holds various charitable trustee and non-executive director advisory roles.
Tom is a Chartered Accountant, completed the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Commissioning Course and holds an honours degree from the University of Bristol.
An experienced CTO in Global Real Estate, Lionel heads the Europe TCC, which provides strategic consultancy and execution resources to the European portfolio companies in areas relating to technology, digital and data. This team, which was founded in 2018 is already 20 strong and located across Luxembourg and London.
Prior to joining, Lionel was European CTO and Global CTO for the Valuations and Property Management businesses at CBRE for 6 years. The first 20 years of Lionel’s career were spent in Fintech working for Bloomberg, Reuters and UBS in a variety of regional and global roles mostly focussed on real-time financial market data.
Lionel has a Masters degree from Cambridge University in Economics and Management, a post graduate qualification in Psychology from the Open University and Data Science qualification from University of Southampton.
Jeremy heads up the Revantage UK legal team, working closely with Blackstone's portfolio companies and operating partners across Europe on legal strategy and a wide range of transactional, asset management and compliance matters. In 2014 he joined as General Counsel of Blackstone Property Management (BPM), a Blackstone entity advising on Blackstone's UK, Irish and Spanish office portfolios. In 2018 Jeremy also became the General Counsel of The Office Group (a leading flexible office provider), a majority shareholding of which was acquired by Blackstone Real Estate funds in 2017.
Prior to joining Blackstone Property Management, Jeremy was a solicitor at DLA Piper in both London and Hong Kong, advising a variety of institutional investors and international corporates.
Jeremy holds an MA in Modern History from Brasenose College, Oxford University.
With her long tenure and multifaceted skillset, Emma heads up Finance and Operations for the UK office. She also acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in the UK. Emma has been working within Blackstone Property Management (BPM) since 2005 and she transferred to Revantage Europe UK (formerly BRE Europe) when it was established in 2017.
Prior to joining Blackstone Property Management, she was working for Westfield Shopping Towns as a corporate accountant.
Emma is a certified management accountant and holds a finance degree from Queen’s University of Belfast. She also recently completed a coaching qualification at Henley Business School as she enjoys coaching and mentoring her team.
Guy is a member of the Global Executive leadership team and has served on the boards of various Blackstone Portfolio companies. He established Blackstone Property Management in 2002 to provide an in-house, one stop, Development, Asset and Property Management resource for the Blackstone funds. He set up, developed and served on the board of the market leading Nido student accommodation brand and also established Development, Asset and Property Management teams in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain.
Guy’s 30 year experience in international real estate spans numerous asset classes both in Europe and Asia, including commercial, retail, logistics, residential, hotel and student accommodation.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2002, he was Director of Construction at BAA McArthurGlen where he was responsible for the retail property portfolio. Guy has a BEng in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Southampton.
Ed serves as a member of the Global Executive leadership team and leads the asset, portfolio management and leasing initiatives across the European portfolio with close oversight of development and property management activities. Ed was previously a Director at Blackstone Property Management for 10 years. He calls upon over 20 years of real estate experience having started his professional training at King Sturge, then working at Jones Lang Lasalle followed by listed fund management business Invista REIM as a Director.
Throughout his career Ed has developed an intrinsic technical knowledge of direct real estate investments and operating companies across asset classes. While working on behalf of Blackstone, Ed has been involved in opportunistic and core + investments across Europe including office, logistics, student housing, PRS, multifamily and shopping centres. Projects of note include the Blackstone London and Continental European office portfolios, the inception of Logicor and Nido student housing.
Ed received an MSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and is IMC qualified.
Mark oversees and manages all major capex funded development projects across Blackstone’s UK and European portfolios, inclusive of acquisition due diligence through to execution and delivery. With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, his skillset is driving value through focused design, technical and commercial solutions working closely with external professional and contractor teams. His role also encompasses providing strategic guidance and advice for other Blackstone owned entities or partners, such as the IQ student portfolio and The Office Group.
Mark is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and prior to joining Blackstone was a Project Director at Land Sec where he gained significant experience working across all asset classes before leading the out of town retail project management team.
Peter oversees the reporting, analysis and financial management of the UK and Irish office portfolio managed by the Blackstone funds. Peter joined the Blackstone Group in 2010 and worked in the Real Estate finance team specializing on the finance, structuring and operational side of Blackstone’s European acquisitions before joining Blackstone Property Management in 2015.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Peter worked as an auditor at Haysmacintyre and as a Financial Controller in the Real Estate funds division at Mourant.
Peter received a BA in Accounting and Economics from Sheffield University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Jack is an asset manager overseeing a number of projects in the Blackstone portfolio with experience in office, retail, logistics, and multifamily asset classes. Since joining the firm Jack has been responsible for assets including the UK shopping centre portfolio, the Broadgate Estate, Chiswick Park and several Irish office developments including the mixed-use Tower Ireland portfolio.
Jack joined Blackstone Property Management (a Blackstone entity advising on Blackstone’s UK, Irish and Spanish portfolios) in 2012 before transferring to Revantage Europe in 2020. Prior to joining Blackstone, Jack was an Analyst at Schroders and an Assistant Fund Manager at Invista REIM.
Jack received a BA (Hons) from the University of Birmingham and MSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University.
