Stephen leads the Finance and Transformation functions of Revantage UK, responsible for the management and oversight of the financial strategy of Revantage UK, including providing finance support of the growth of the Revantage UK service offering. In addition, his team supports finance transformation projects across Blackstone Europe’s real estate portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Revantage in 2020, Stephen worked within real estate investment/development including at Greycoat Real Estate and Ecoworld London where he worked across a portfolio of UK Residential and Commercial assets, providing finance support from acquisition through to disposal.

Stephen is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland having trained within Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business and Law (First Class Honours) from University College Dublin.
