Mark oversees and manages all major CapEx funded development projects across Blackstone’s UK and European portfolios, inclusive of acquisition due diligence through to execution and delivery. With more than 20 years of experience in the property sector, his skillset is driving value through focused design, technical and commercial solutions working closely with external professional and contractor teams. His role also encompasses providing strategic guidance and advice for other Blackstone owned entities or partners, such as the IQ student portfolio and The Office Group.

Mark is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and prior to joining Blackstone was a Project Director at Land Sec where he gained significant experience working across all asset classes before leading the out of town retail project management team.
