Will leads the Portfolio Company Communications team, which he established in late 2021. Now a team of three, it works closely with Blackstone’s Real Estate European portfolio companies to advise and support the delivery of a range of corporate affairs disciplines. This includes strategic communications, media relations, crisis and issues management, stakeholder engagement, transaction communications and business change and employee communications.

Before joining Revantage, Will worked for a range of boutique and large communications consultancies, most recently leading a major international agency’s corporate practice for four years. Will studied business and French.
