Matt is the Global Head and Chief Executive Officer of Revantage. Matt joined Blackstone’s real estate portfolio companies to manage and lead Revantage, following a track-record of successful global executive leadership positions. Throughout his career, Matt has built a reputation for his ability to run large-scale businesses, transform companies and culture, develop and assemble high performing talent, and drive innovation through technology.
Matt has instilled within Revantage the principle to which he credits his own success: the relentless pursuit of better. By constantly striving to optimize his performance and empowering his teams to do the same, he has helped companies overcome challenges and push beyond what others assumed was possible. Matt is currently leading a significant hiring effort in the global expansion of Revantage, as well as a strategic shift to better equip Blackstone’s real estate portfolio companies with talent, processes, and technology. Matt is taking this opportunity to create a new model for shared services in a way that has never been done before, with a heavy focus on providing value creation through data and analytics, and scalability through emerging technologies.
Serving as a member of the executive leadership team, an advisor to the board of directors, and as chief counsel for the business, Piero leads the Legal and Risk functions for Revantage, including oversight of the portfolio companies’ transactions and leasing programs, development, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, claims oversight, and legal optimization. Revantage is Piero’s fourth Blackstone portfolio company for which he has held an executive leadership position.
Piero draws on nearly 30 years of experience guiding corporations through a wide range of issues where law and business intersect, including regulatory and compliance, corporate governance, transactions, data privacy and security, customer and business partner engagement, and human resources. Piero has spent his entire legal career in the real estate industry. As an expert and thought leader, he is currently serving his 9th year on the Board of Trustees for Cubesmart, one of the top three owners and operators of self-storage properties in the U.S.
With extensive experience as Chief Legal Officer for several multi-billion dollar organizations and two fast growing start-ups, navigating complex legal and business matters and projects, Piero serves as trusted advisor to the CEO and other senior corporate officers on setting the strategic direction for Revantage’s ongoing evolution. Piero’s understanding of the entire organization, and ability to thoughtfully navigate complicated issues, makes him an integral member of the executive leadership team.
Piero is on the forefront of Revantage’s transformation and global expansion, an exciting journey to becoming a global business services powerhouse. He will continue to support the growth story and long-term success of Revantage by applying his strong business acumen, outstanding judgment and legal expertise as an advantage to positively impact business results.
Jessie is the Chief Information Officer of Revantage. Jessie joined the Executive team to lead the technological innovations and operations at Revantage. Jessie brings over 20 years of technology leadership to Revantage, including his most recent experience as a transformative CIO within the travel and hospitality industry. Jessie has built a reputation for leading organizational advancement through technological modernization and effective team leadership.
At Revantage, Jessie is leading a global technology effort which includes designing and implementing services and solutions that meet business partner needs and deliver business insights. As a member of the Executive team, Jessie provides strategic leadership on all transformation initiatives. He is committed to building industry-leading technology and developing a winning team culture.
Jessie approaches challenges with a dynamic view of what’s possible, and he empowers his teams to do the same. In his pursuit of better, he ensures technology advancement is tied, at its core, to strategic business objectives. Jessie has a strong track record of success, enabled through clear strategies, purposeful organization empowerment and a pioneering spirit of innovation.
As a senior leader of the organization, Nicole has broad responsibilities for the strategic direction of Revantage. In her role, Nicole oversees the overall financial strategy, manages the financial operational functions, and provides financial reporting and portfolio management to Blackstone portfolio companies.
Nicole brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience in finance and the commercial real estate sector. Before joining Revantage, Nicole was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance at InvenTrust Properties, where she led a team responsible for capital allocation, investment decisions, and business strategy. Prior to InvenTrust, Nicole was Managing Director at the Private Bank where she oversaw and managed a portfolio of commercial loan investments. Nicole also held senior leadership roles at RREEF and LaSalle Bank.
Nicole, with the finance team, plays a critical role in the continued evolution and growth of the firm. She will rely on her financial acumen and keen judgement to make the critical decisions necessary to position Revantage as the leader in the corporate services industry.
Lynn is a member of the executive leadership team, heading a global risk management team as the Chief Risk Officer at Revantage. She will optimize insurance and operational risk management strategy across Blackstone’s real estate portfolio, continuing and accelerating the transformation of Revantage’s real estate insurance program to create an exemplary cost and coverage structure supported by a data-driven approach. She places strong emphasis on meeting stakeholder needs and ensuring they have visibility on insurance strategy.
Lynn has spent more than 30 years in corporate risk management, insurance solutions, capital markets and finance, operations and business transformation. She is known as a lateral thinker, an energetic problem solver, and a caring leader of high-performing teams. Before joining Revantage, Lynn was SVP, Global Risk Management, Procurement and Operations Support at the Avis Budget Group. She has previously held leadership roles in the bond insurance industry and began her career in investment banking.
Lynn is excited about leveraging Revantage’s resources and Blackstone’s scale in leading optimization of the largest insurance program on the globe. Given the magnitude of insurance costs and the implications of risk management for asset performance, successfully optimizing a centralized insurance program is vital to Revantage’s success in providing best-in-class shared services to Blackstone Real Estate portfolio companies. Lynn brings the full range of her insurance, financial, operations and business transformation experience to supporting Revantage, meeting risk management objectives, and enhancing the capabilities of her team.
Haley is SVP, Chief Innovation Officer & Head of Strategic Initiatives, driving Revantage’s strategy and leading cross-company initiatives and global programs.
Haley is an energetic leader with a passion for problem-solving, creativity, and efficiency. She brings a proactive mindset, a mature sense of ownership, and intense determination to each objective.
She and her teams promote the company’s culture of customer service and execution. They are focused on delivering value across multiple areas, including strategic planning and analytics, process improvement and change management, and communications.
The broad scope of Haley’s role is commensurate with her expertise in large-scale transformational projects, honed over more than a decade on trading floors in the financial services industry. Before joining Revantage in April of 2019, she was Global Head of Electronic Trading Supervision at an International Investment bank in New York City.
Greg is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Revantage. In his role, Greg oversees the entire People & Culture organization, including Human Resources (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Operations and Rewards & Recognition), Culture & Experience, and provides strategic guidance to Blackstone real estate portfolio companies.
Greg brings 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and development, including his most recent role as SVP, Executive Talent & Development for Revantage. In this role he led Revantage’s global talent acquisition strategy to recruit and retain a diverse, high performing executive talent pool supporting Revantage’s growing business globally. He helped develop an external pipeline of executive level talent, identifying the leaders for Revantage and its Portfolio Companies to empower successes in tomorrow’s markets and businesses.
Before joining Revantage, Greg was Vice President of Global Executive Talent acquisition & North America Marketing Talent Acquisition for PepsiCo. Prior to his time at PepsiCo, Greg spent nearly seven years at Pfizer within various talent management and acquisition leadership roles, culminating in his position as Senior Director of Global Executive Recruitment, Sourcing and North America Talent Acquisition Lead.

Heather Gleason, Head of Portfolio Company Communications, leads the communications strategy - including media relations, crisis management and support of Environmental, Social and Governance communications - across Blackstone’s real estate portfolio companies, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and enhancing reputation. She also oversees internal communications for Revantage, working closely with the leadership team to drive company culture and engagement while meeting business objectives.
Heather is a seasoned communications professional with nearly 20 years of experience and a proven track record leading strategic, multi-platform programs that build brands and drive business. Before joining Revantage, she spent a decade at global food and beverage company, PepsiCo, most recently overseeing Sustainability Communications, with leadership roles also in Strategy & Planning and Corporate Media Relations. Prior to PepsiCo, Heather led corporate communications efforts for AMC Networks and has several years of agency experience, at Lane PR and Goodman Media International, where she developed and executed integrated public relations programs across a wide range of industries, consistently demonstrating high-profile results for clients.
A passionate leader with a collaborative approach, Heather is excited to be part of the Revantage team, where she can put her creative problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset to work, helping to continue the strategic growth of Revantage and further position the real estate portfolio companies as leaders in their sector.
Reema Bakarania is a member of the executive leadership team and serves as Chief of Staff. In this role, Reema is responsible for partnering with the executive team to define business strategy, facilitating efficient communication and decision-making and leading enterprise-based initiatives focused on optimizing company performance, customer experience and employee engagement.
Prior to Revantage, Reema held progressively senior roles at RBC Capital Markets, where she ultimately served as Director and Head of Business and Performance Management of Business and Client Services. While at RBC, she developed a track record of leading transformational change and optimizing organizational processes and operations, securing competitive advantage and devising high-impact strategies. Her career has also included time at CLS Settlement Services and multiple startup technology companies.
Drawing on nearly 15 years of experience, Reema is a collaborative and passionate leader with unwavering commitment to drive constructive change and advance business value to her organization. Throughout her career, she has leveraged strong communication skills to foster long-lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. These attributes have made her a strategic change agent known for thought leadership, continuous improvement, strategic financial management and business management success.
Reema received a BA in Economics and a BS in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami and a MA in Economics from the University of South Florida. She is passionate and committed to giving back to the community and is a junior board member of City Harvest, New York City’s largest food rescue organization.
Jon Murphy acts as a thought leader for the implementation and management of technology, process, and personnel related to Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Risk controls as the VP, Chief Information Security Officer at Revantage.
His diverse range of work experience enables him to deliver agility in scaling comprehensive solutions with multiple-millions of dollars in profit protection, while propelling businesses' revenues forward with holistic and pragmatic solutions. A multi-published author, Jon has enterprise risk, data privacy, compliance, and executive leadership experience ranging from startups and mid-market organizations, to the Big Four, spanning industries from Financial Services, Manufacturing, Nonprofit, Healthcare, Financial Services, to SaaS and eCommerce, among others.
Jon looks forward to further refining cybersecurity and data privacy practices and infusing them into everything we do, from concept to execution, as part of a high-caliber team and quickly growing organization. He plans to leverage the talents of his team to make Revantage the example to follow for robust shared professional services for Blackstone.
An experienced tax professional with over 30 years working in real estate investments, Marikay oversees all tax, compliance, structuring, and related research efforts for aligned Blackstone portfolio companies. She provides strategic tax advice, makes tax decisions, holds responsibility for tax operations and partners with all aspects of the business. With proven expertise in federal, state, and international tax laws, she counsels and apprises leadership of tax issues, planning and structuring opportunities, and transactions.
Marikay’s experience spans public-to-private and private-to-public mergers as well as partnerships and exchanges. Her negotiation skills have repeatedly resulted in substantial savings and reductions in fees and exposure. Her teams provide in-house review and filing services, drive overall efficiencies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance.
Driven by her desire to optimize outcomes, Marikay is relentless in her pursuit of improvement and impact. Her analytical and disciplined approach make her an integral part of the leadership team as well as Revantage’s ongoing smart and strategic growth. She is a team player and builder, developing and coaching her team members to bring their "A" Game every day, stay challenged, and perform at their best.
As SVP, Engagement & PMO, Ralph brings 20 years of finance and technology expertise to the Revantage executive leadership team. He is a key contributor to the company’s strategic goals, working with stakeholders to align on objectives and identify best practices that maximize productivity, communication, and efficiency.
Ralph brings to Revantage extensive experience in partnering with internal stakeholders and senior leadership on infrastructure, services, research and development, program management and delivery. He has also successfully led dynamic, high-performing teams that supported multiple organizations and external business partners, including some with offshore delivery centers.
Ralph’s steadfast focus to deliver on and create key solutions and state-of-the-art technologies that address overt and latent needs directly impacts business outcomes for not only Revantage but also for Blackstone portfolio companies. He sees innovation as a chance to take challenges head on, empowering his team to look past what’s working now to what will dominate tomorrow and to rewrite the future of an industry daily with an unwavering commitment to the next win.
Robyn Alexander is Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Revantage. A senior and accomplished legal executive and strategic leader with diverse experience in advising c-suite executives, Robyn has deep experience building effective teams in a variety of markets including industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, office, manufactured housing and student housing. Robyn’s extensive knowledge across 10 + sectors of commercial real estate, includes translating and strategically applying her legal expertise for business advantage that drives business results.
Robyn oversees the Transactions and Leasing legal functions and currently co-manages the legal staff and legal operations at Revantage. She partners closely with the Chief Legal Officer on strategic priorities for the company to identify and manage compliance matters and legal exposure. She also provides legal advisory services broadly for the portfolio companies and transaction teams at Blackstone.
Prior to joining Revantage, Robyn spent 12+ years at Sears Holdings Corp. where she served as General Counsel of the Real Estate Business Unit and also held roles as Deputy General Counsel of the Logistics and Home Services businesses. A crucial member of Revantage’s leadership team, Robyn plays a key role in the continuous growth of the organization and leads the development of the legal function internationally in its current global expansion.
In his role, Michael is responsible for the management of financial reporting and corporate accounting functions for the Blackstone Real Estate Companies aligned with Revantage. He oversees the completion of quarterly and annual financial statements and the integrity of all underlying accounting operations. As part of the leadership team, Mike works closely with other executives and team leaders to support the development of new growth opportunities, find solutions to complex business challenges and help plan the strategic vision for the future. Revantage is Mike’s second Blackstone portfolio company for which he has held an executive leadership position.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the industry, Mike has developed a technical expertise and an in-depth working knowledge of all financial and accounting functions- including financial analysis and modeling, accounting, internal controls, cash management, risk management, budgeting and bank relationships, among others. These critical skills allow Mike to play a major role in Revantage’s strategic and financial decision making, as well as provide financial support to all of its business units.
Mike is a natural leader with a strong competitive spirit and a will to win without relying on politics or ego. He has a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach while also being able to operate effectively and comfortably as part of our executive leadership team. With a core desire to achieve, Mike loves the challenge and brings to Revantage a passion and discipline to help the company continue to outperform expectations.
As Vice President, People & Culture Business Partner for Revantage, Crystal focuses on creating an exceptional employee experience, leading all aspects of talent management, including employee relations, recruiting, and performance management. She collaborates with executive leadership to solve business challenges, advising them on innovative and effective people solutions. Over the past two years, Crystal has built a high-performing US Talent Acquisition team which provides analytic-based recruiting to Revantage and portfolio companies.
Crystal brings Revantage more than 15 years of extensive talent management experience in professional services. Prior to joining Revantage, she spent more than 10 years providing human resources expertise for lawyers and staff at large global law firms. She is a progressive partner, helping leaders solve today’s people needs through adaptive policies and practices focused on the future of work.
Crystal is excited to ensure Revantage successfully and skillfully navigates the changing landscape of how we work. She plans to leverage her experience as an employee relations strategist to meet the needs of our distinctive and constantly evolving business. As Revantage continues to grow, Crystal and the People & Culture team will ensure we meet the needs of the people who make up our company, who will in turn position Revantage as a leader in corporate services.
As a central member of the leadership team, Joe is tasked with direct oversight of the Revantage legal staff, a group that is critical to the responsible growth of the organization. Under Joe’s leadership, his team provides legal advice and support across all Revantage operations, including direct support to department heads, and guidance to Revantage partners and clients, all in an effort to ensure responsible implementation and execution of the corporate mission.
Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated a willingness and aptitude to take on increasingly complex roles in the organizations that he has served. Prior to joining Revantage, Joe rose from associate to partner at Kleinbard LLC, where he was responsible for merger and acquisitions and equity finance for some of the firm’s most sophisticated clients, including a telecommunications conglomerate worth over $10 billion of enterprise value. Joe also spent time at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where he held similar roles and gained invaluable experience, always being assigned the most complex deals and structures to close.
Diligent and proactive, Joe is a strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Joe takes pride in his reputation as business enabler among the executives he serves. As Revantage continues along the path to becoming the global leader in the industry, Joe and his team will play a crucial role in the integration of additional portfolio companies under the Blackstone banner.
As Revantage’s VP, Accounting, Maria leads by example and uses her deep subject-matter knowledge in all aspects of accounting and finance, including SEC and internal management reporting. She will be streamlining and enhancing processes, policies, and reporting across Revantage’s accounting teams.
With over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, in public and private, focusing on real estate, she brings in-depth experience in all aspects of accounting including SEC and internal management reporting, property and operational accounting, internal audit, treasury as well as financial planning and analysis.
Prior to joining Revantage, Maria was SVP Finance and CAO at Centennial Real Estate, leading the accounting, financial planning & analysis and treasury functions. She has also held roles as Director at Riveron, a business advisory firm assisting clients with complex accounting issues, policies and procedures and IPO readiness, and Sr. Director at GGP (now Brookfield Properties Retail) within financial reporting & corporate accounting, focusing on complex accounting transactions and process improvement.
Maria is excited about building a best-in-class corporate finance team that supports Blackstone real estate, as well as being a part of Revantage’s growth. She hopes to leverage her vast wealth of experience to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions that improve processes and procedures while maintaining consistency.
As Vice President, Treasury at Revantage, Marc manages the Treasury team, supporting Blackstone Real Estate companies through cash management and collaboration with the Blackstone Captial Markets team. His extensive knowledge of best practices and trends within the banking industry empowers Revantage to efficiently and cost-effectively process a high transaction volume.
A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Marc formerly led the Treasury Department at SP+ Corporation, providing management services to real estate owners, municipalities and major sports leagues across North America. Marc is a leader committed to provide best-in-class customer service to Revantage’s partners. These skills allow him to ensure Revantage is operating efficiently providing comfort to our business partners that cash is being utilized most effectively while adhering to the terms of our loan agreements.
Marc is excited about the continued growth and culture of excellence we are building at Revantage. In order to support our projected growth, Marc will be gathering fresh ideas and examining legacy processes for opportunities to implement scalable solutions. Future intiatives for his team include: improving the distribution analysis process, allowing Revantage to more efficiently support future acquisitions; continuing to build upon the Capital Markets support model; as well as growing and upskilling the Treasury team to better showcase their talent and recognize their tremendous work.
As VP of Valuations, Will is responsible for implementing strategies to accelerate the company’s US and global growth by working closely with Blackstone Real Estate portfolio companies to develop asset valuations and portfolio analytics. His team is challenged to execute valuation models, analyze cash flows and property metrics, and present reports supporting the underlying valuation process.
Will has over 11 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate valuation, financial and commercial due diligence, and strategic consulting, most recently as Director of PwC’s Financial Markets group. His real estate clients have included public and private entities, domestic and international companies, financial institutions, REITs, government entities, Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals. He has a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from St. Louis University, as well as a MSA from SLU, and holds CPA and CCIM Certifications.
During this exciting time at Revantage, Will is thrilled to apply his leadership skills to continuously improve the ways we deliver exceptional service to support growth and new opportunities while being part of a high-paced, collaborative environment. He’ll be honing in on each team member’s strengths in order put them in positions to succeed. Will also looks forward to building scalable, high-tech solutions, while establishing cutting edge processes and improvements, and enhancing value-add insights to optimize the delivery efficiency of our team’s valuation and portfolio reporting services.
As Senior Assistant Vice President, Accounting, Elizabeth functions as the reporting lead for the Blackstone BPP Fund, focused on logistics, residential, office and life science office, and retail assets in global gateway cities.
In total, Elizabeth is proud to have worked for Blackstone portfolio companies for over 11 years. She began her career at EQ Office in 2010 as a property accountant, and eventually moved up to management level supporting their Office and Industrial Assets. She has been with Revantage since the company was formed in 2017. Before being chosen to lead BPP Fund reporting initiatives, she onboarded the hospitality asset class to accounting and worked on the BREIT Multifamily portfolio.
Elizabeth is excited to continue supporting the growth of Revantage’s team, applying her deep knowledge of accounting and our company to support and achieve business goals.
