Heather Gleason is SVP, Head of Communications for Revantage. She provides strategic communications counsel and support – including media relations and issues management – across Blackstone’s real estate portfolio companies, working closely with Blackstone’s public affairs team to protect and enhance reputation. She also oversees corporate communications for Revantage, driving company culture and engagement through internal and external channels, while helping to achieve business objectives.

Heather is a seasoned communications professional with 20 years of experience and a proven track record leading strategic, multi-platform programs that build brands and drive business. Before joining Revantage, she spent a decade at global food and beverage company, PepsiCo, most recently overseeing sustainability communications, with leadership roles also in global strategy & planning and corporate media relations. Prior to PepsiCo, Heather led corporate communications efforts for AMC Networks and has several years of agency experience at Lane PR and Goodman Media International, where she developed and executed integrated public relations programs across a wide range of industries, consistently demonstrating high-profile results for clients.
