Shailee Parikh is the Chief Operating Officer for Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company that provides best-in-class corporate services. In this role, Shailee oversees Revantage’s Technology, Insurance & Alternative Solutions, Legal & Transactions, Communications, ESG and Procurement functions and is responsible for driving collaboration across the company on critical initiatives that support organizational growth, scale and efficiency.

Prior to Revantage, Shailee worked at Aon for more than a decade. She most recently served as Global Head of Strategy and Solution Development for Health Solutions, leading strategic planning, and solution design and development. Before that, she held several leadership positions at Aon, including CFO of EMEA, Aon Hewitt; SVP, Global Business Services and Chief of Staff to the Aon CEO. Prior to her roles with Aon, Shailee served in various finance leadership capacities, including roles with Reunion Bank of Florida, BB&T (formerly Colonial Bank) and within the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley.

Shailee holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stetson University. Additionally, she serves as an independent board member at LGI Homes and as a member of their Audit Committee.
