Robyn Alexander
Robyn Alexander serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Head of Transactions at Revantage, where she oversees the legal, compliance, and transactions functions. Under her leadership, Robyn’s teams provide critical guidance and expertise in areas such as shared services, transactions, compliance, operations, employment, litigation, contracts, leasing, investor relations, transaction management, and engineering and environmental due diligence.
A seasoned legal executive and strategic leader, Robyn has a proven track record of advising C-suite executives and building high-performing teams within complex organizations. Her extensive knowledge spans over ten sectors of commercial real estate, where she adeptly leverages her legal expertise to drive business results.
Robyn joined Revantage in 2018, bringing with her over 12 years of experience from Sears Holdings Corp. At Sears, she served as General Counsel of the Real Estate Business Unit and held key roles as Deputy General Counsel for the Logistics and Home Services businesses.
As a vital member of Revantage’s leadership team, Robyn contributes significantly to the company’s growth, leading the legal and transactions functions in North America and supporting the development of the legal function internationally as part of Revantage’s global expansion.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Robyn is dedicated to philanthropy. She serves on the Board of Directors for CoreGiving, a 501(c)(3) public charity committed to addressing child hunger in America.
