Serene serves as the General Counsel and heads Revantage Asia’s Legal & Compliance function. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees all legal affairs for the firm and works closely with Blackstone’s legal team to support various transactional, compliance, and risk matters related to Blackstone’s real estate business and portfolio companies in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Revantage Asia, Serene practiced as an M&A lawyer at a leading international law firm before moving in-house as legal counsel at a global investment firm, where she managed various legal and structuring aspects of private equity and real estate investments across Asia Pacific.

Serene is qualified to practice law in Malaysia, England and Wales.
