Toby is an accomplished and highly respected executive with a wealth of experience leading buy-side operations around the world for major asset management firms. As CEO of Revantage Asia Pacific, Toby is directly responsible for delivering services, capability, unity and consistency to support Blackstone’s real estate portfolio companies. This includes championing innovation and supporting new services to ensure that Revantage remains focused on service excellence.
Toby is passionate about developing talent, mentoring, building inclusive teams and a culture to inspire team members to challenge themselves to deliver against objectives. As a leader who has operated in multi-cultural environments, he has driven and executed transformational change across large scale global projects resulting in creation of scale and reduction of risk.
Prior to joining Revantage, Toby was a senior leader at BlackRock where he was responsible for Operations across the Asia Pacific region. Toby has deep knowledge of the region and during his 20+ year career within financial services, has held a variety of leadership positions, across multiple cross functional teams and has worked in the UK, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
Josh brings a broad perspective and expertise to the global corporate services initiative. As head of operations, Josh has a track record of delivering exceptional results through a wide range of diverse international experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Western/Central Europe. His experience includes corporate services, solution consulting, and retail banking. He first worked with The Blackstone Group as a consultant in Singapore, later performing duties as acting head of office for Revantage Asia.
Today, his role includes overseeing all non-finance operations, leading project implementations, business process transformation, and delivering strategic initiatives.
Josh has lived in Singapore since 2016 but grew up in Great Britain, graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University, with a BA Hons degree in Business Studies.
Katrina’s unique industry experiences and insights enabled her to build and lead a team to successfully launch BRE Asia, now Revantage Asia. Prior to Katrina’s relocation to Singapore in 2018, Katrina was an integral member of the Revantage Europe team. She strived to push the status quo within the Revantage Europe senior management team, lead and contributed to their ERP implementation, and supported Blackstone Real Estate Europe with various financial roles across the UK and Luxembourg. Katrina’s experience with Blackstone began in 2011 when the company acquired the boutique hotel chain for which she worked as the Group Finance Manager.
Within Revantage Asia, Katrina is responsible for overseeing the Finance Service lines and strategic and business development of the company, with a focus on expanding service offerings, developing the next batch of leaders, and creating further scalability.
Katrina is a Qualified Accountant with a BCA in Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Yvonne functions as Acting Chief Financial Officer at Revantage Asia, overseeing the Finance Service lines with a focus on developing our finance team members, processes and systems to continue to deliver operational excellence in continuous pursuit of better.
Her passion is in coaching individuals, so each employee feels like a valued member of high-performing teams, locally and globally.
As an industry expert in Business Transformation, Yvonne has used her understanding and experience of the diversity of local and global markets to achieve sustainable business improvements in industries such as Energy, Maritime, Manufacturing, and Technology, to name a few. Yvonne is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Association of Australia & New Zealand (C.A. ANZ), and Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She is also a member of the Australian institute of Corporate Directors (AICD) and a certified Business coach (ICF).
Denis sees the constant evolution of technology as opportunities to improve the way an organization operates using process automation fueled with data driven decision. His experience makes him not only a remarkable technology fit, but also a proven technology leader for the Revantage Asia corporate initiative.
His background spans an international career working with diverse and multicultural teams to transform IT organization and embrace the digital evolution. Prior to joining Revantage, Denis was a leader in transformation programs and IT shared services set-up in IT Consulting. Subsequently he was the Enterprise Architecture Head for a regional ASEAN Bank where he successfully established a regional team and helped the business lines to shape their regional transformation roadmap while supporting the agile transformation and multi-speed IT delivery.
June brings a wealth of experience to Revantage Asia, having a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. She has experience managing insurance and risk for Asia Pacific, as well as past experiences being both an underwriter and insurance broker across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Being responsible for the setting up Revantage Asia’s Risk and Insurance department, June has successfully managed to streamline numerous work processes in relation to insurance arrangements, claims management and addressing gaps in covers. June is providing subject matter expertise and on-going consultation, with the aim of providing effective risk and insurance management aligned with Revantage & Blackstone Asia’s global risk and insurance management strategy.
June is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner as well as a Chartered Risk Manager from the Chartered Insurance Institute (United Kingdom).
Krisztina heads Revantage Asia`s Finance Operations team, ensuring the quality of business-as-usual finance services with strategic focus, cost efficiency via process & system optimization, and outsourcing.
Krisztina brings more than 15 years` finance and accounting experience with regional and global leadership responsibilities mainly in professional service organizations in Europe and in Asia. She successfully led regionally scaling finance operations, process optimisations, ERP and other system implementation.
Krisztina holds a Master in Professional Accounting, and a Master in Business Administration, and she is Associate Member of CPA Australia.
Her motto: “Every challenge is an opportunity to grow”.
Paul leads the Business Transformation team who are responsible for helping the business navigate change as we evolve towards the future operating model. This means he gets involved in all areas of the business in order to assess, prioritize, and implement the highest impact projects across the firm. Prior to working with Revantage, Paul led the real estate investment team at a Singaporean-listed developer, as well as previously holding diverse roles across the real estate value chain including development management, project management, and consulting engineering.
Paul is a CFA Charterholder, as well as a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), and holds a Masters in Finance & Financial Law from the University of London.
Serene heads Revantage Asia’s Legal & Compliance team and oversees all legal affairs of the company. A pioneer of Revantage Asia’s legal service line, Serene works closely with Blackstone’s legal team and supports various transactional, compliance and risk matters relating to Blackstone’s real estate business and portfolio companies in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Revantage Asia, Serene practiced as an M&A lawyer at a leading international law firm before moving in-house as legal counsel at a global investment firm, where she managed various legal and structuring aspects of private equity and real estate investments across Asia Pacific.
Serene is qualified to practice law in Malaysia, England and Wales.
With over 20 years of international tax experience, Marilyn oversees the tax compliance matters for the Blackstone’s Real Estate portfolio entities in Asia-Pacific during the post-acquisition stage of a deal’s life cycle. Marilyn and her team work closely with Blackstone’s Asia Tax to ensure the portfolio entities’ compliance with relevant tax laws.
Before joining Revantage Asia, Marilyn spent more than 15 years in Europe. She worked in Deloitte in London and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Germany and London before returning to Singapore in 2015 to work in PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her experience is in the financial services asset management industry and encompasses Singapore, APAC, US/UK/EU cross-border transactions, transfer pricing in Germany and Singapore, UK fund reporting, tax compliance and tax advisory in respect of UK/EU asset management.
Marilyn is a fellow of the ACCA since 2002 and received from the University of Sheffield in the UK a Diploma in Legal Practice, Masters in International and Commercial Law and Bachelor of Laws with Honours.
Holly Keys is the Vice President Valuations and Portfolio Reporting, working closely with Blackstone’s asset management, portfolio management and finance teams in order to support the valuation processes across Asia Pacific. She leads a team providing valuations and associated portfolio reporting, including portfolio analytics and property-level performance to Blackstone portfolio companies; striving to improve the valuation process, implement efficiencies and best practice initiatives.
Holly brings over ten years’ experience in the Asia Pacific real estate sector, including four years in Hong Kong. Mostly recently, Holly was in an APAC focused role at the largest global real estate services and investment firm, providing integrated valuation and advisory services to institutional clients with real estate holdings throughout the region. Holly also spent a number of years working in the acquisitions team at an unlisted real estate fund in Australia, gaining valuable funds management experience.
Holly enjoys hiking, skiing and is a passionate home cook. An Australian qualified valuer with RICS and Australian Property Institute accreditation, she has a Bachelor of Urban Development Property Economics with a second major in Architecture from the Queensland University of Technology.
Abhinav heads Revantage Asia’s People & Culture team and oversees talent strategy & execution of the company. A business focused HR leader, Abhinav partners with the firm’s leadership to expertly align business needs with effective and innovative people solutions creating a compelling employee experience for our people and builds competitive advantage for the firm in Asia.
Prior to joining Revantage Asia, Abhinav has had crucible experiences in professional services and financial services firms such as Hewitt Associates, Bain & Co, RBS and Aon across both consulting and corporate HR roles wherein he has been passionate about creating, implementing and leading people strategies that drive growth, value creation and collaboration.
