Managing Director, Interim Head of Revantage Asia and Co-Head Revantage Continental Europe, Luxembourg

Diana co-leads Revantage Europe and also serves as Interim Head of Revantage Asia. Integral to Revantage Europe’s efforts to support Blackstone portfolio companies with a global service organization, Diana is a consummate leader who has built and guided a Blackstone company for over a decade. Along with day-to-day involvement in financial reporting and transaction matters, she acts as a director on a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.

Diana has been a Financial Controller of the hotel group, Hospitality Europe, when it was purchased by Blackstone in 2006. She stayed as Chief Financial Officer for Axios Hospitality Real Estate for five years before moving to Revantage Europe. A qualified certified accountant, Diana holds a business degree from the German Chamber of Commerce, Berlin.

Josh brings a broad perspective and expertise to the global corporate services initiative. As head of operations, Josh has a track record of delivering exceptional results through a wide range of diverse international experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Western/Central Europe. His experience includes corporate services, solution consulting, and retail banking. He first worked with The Blackstone Group as a consultant in Singapore, later performing duties as acting head of office for Revantage Asia.

Today, his role includes overseeing all non-finance operations, leading project implementations, business process transformation, and delivering strategic initiatives.

Josh has lived in Singapore since 2016 but grew up in Great Britain, graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University, with a BA Hons degree in Business Studies.

Serene heads Revantage Asia’s Legal & Compliance team and oversees all legal affairs of the company. A pioneer of Revantage Asia’s legal service line, Serene works closely with Blackstone’s legal team and supports various transactional, compliance and risk matters relating to Blackstone’s real estate business and portfolio companies in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Revantage Asia, Serene practiced as an M&A lawyer at a leading international law firm before moving in-house as legal counsel at a global investment firm, where she managed various legal and structuring aspects of private equity and real estate investments across Asia Pacific.

Serene is qualified to practice law in Malaysia, England and Wales.

Daniella leads talent management for Revantage Asia, including strategic Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, with a focus on building and developing a strong, diverse, and inclusive workforce.

With over 15 years of experience, she has extensive experience helping organizations create high performing teams and implementing robust structures for employee retention, growth, and mobility. She is a firm believer in integrating coaching and mentorship into her leadership style to help everyone reach their full potential.

Paul leads the Business Transformation team who are responsible for helping the business navigate change as we evolve towards the future operating model. This means he gets involved in all areas of the business in order to assess, prioritize, and implement the highest impact projects across the firm. Prior to working with Revantage, Paul led the real estate investment team at a Singaporean-listed developer, as well as previously holding diverse roles across the real estate value chain including development management, project management, and consulting engineering.

Paul is a CFA Charterholder, as well as a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), and holds a Masters in Finance & Financial Law from the University of London.

Shin Hui has over 15 years of industry experience in real estate accounting, servicing private and institutional clients in Australia and Singapore. She has a strong operational focus and subscribes to practical solutions. As Head of Finance Operations, she will work towards driving process improvements, develop policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the department.

Upon returning to Singapore in 2018 and prior to joining Revantage Asia, Shin Hui led a process improvement initiative at one of the world’s largest real estate firms, establishing a COE team in Kuala Lumpur and redesigned business processes to leverage on digital solutions and automation. As Director and Head of Real Estate Accounting Services, she also oversaw financial reporting deliverables and regulatory compliance for the Singapore portfolio across Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Residential sectors.

Shin Hui holds a double major in Accounting & Banking from Curtin University, Western Australia, and is a member of CPA Australia.

Francois draws from more than 16 years of Architecture experience working in financial and utilities sectors amongst others. He has developed technology strategy, roadmaps and solutioned enterprise applications across multiple disciplines in South Africa, the Middle East and APAC. He helped various organizations to setup architecture and governance practices and helped them to adapt to the ever-evolving technology landscape.

As the Head of Architecture and Governance for Revantage Asia, Francois works closely with various stakeholders in the APAC region and across the globe to develop roadmaps and landscapes to optimise IT investments. He focusses on helping Blackstone and its Portfolio companies leverage its wealth of data to make more intelligent decisions by harmonising investment data across the region.

Francois holds a degree in Information Technology and an Mphil in Knowledge and Information management from the University of Stellenbosch.

Hui Ming Chionh

Hui Ming believes in challenging the status quo to bring as-is to the next level and venturing into emerging technologies/opportunities with a pragmatic risk-based approach. Her multi-disciplinary experiences from technical domains in Technical Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Software Engineering to business/management domains in IT Risk/Governance and Program/Product Management allows her to appreciate both user and business challenges and address them across end-to-end system lifecycle.

Hui Ming has over 20 years of extensive experience spanning across startup/SME, large/global enterprises and consulting firms providing system integration and advisory services in highly regulated environment i.e., FSI, Telco and Public Sector. In her current role as Head of IT Operations and Cyber Security in APAC, she will be working closely with Blackstone’s Cyber Security Team and Asset Managers, as well as the IT/Security Heads of the real estate portfolio companies in APAC.

Aditya Agarwal

Aditya heads the BREP finance team primarily responsible for financial management, reporting and compliance of life-cycle activities of the deals, invested from closed-ended funds. He focuses on creating value by providing technical expertise on deal management, implementing scalable solutions for finance deliverables, enhancing efficiency and quality by improving process and system optimization.

He brings 15 years of experience in a diversified set of financial services spread across multiple countries. Previously, he worked in fund management focusing on real estate, private equity & venture capital funds with an AUM of over US$6 Billion. Before that, he led multiple assurance & advisory engagements with Deloitte and E&Y in Singapore, Germany & India, ranging from the listing of companies to managing large audit portfolios across industries.

Aditya earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (with honors) from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an Associate Member of CPA, Australia, and holds an advanced diploma in Management Accountant with CIMA, UK. In his personal life, Aditya is passionate about cricket and tennis. He also enjoys traveling and taking long road trips.
