Serene serves as the General Counsel of Asia Pacific and heads the region’s Legal & Compliance function. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees all legal affairs for the firm and works closely with Blackstone’s legal team to support various transactional, compliance and risk matters related to Blackstone’s real estate business and portfolio companies in the APAC region.

Prior to joining Revantage, Serene practiced as a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer at a leading international law firm before moving in-house as legal counsel at a global investment firm, where she managed various legal and structuring aspects of private equity and real estate investments across Asia Pacific.

Serene is qualified to practice law in Malaysia, England, and Wales.
