Kevin Kochar serves as Chief Financial Officer for Revantage Asia Pacific, a global corporate services leader serving Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies. Based in Singapore, Kevin oversees all finance functions across Singapore and Sydney in accounting, tax and treasury.

Kevin has 30 years of professional, managerial and leadership experience in finance, real estate accounting, management reporting and regulatory reporting. Before joining Revantage, Kevin was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he held numerous leadership positions across functions working in various locations including New York, Tokyo, Singapore, and Bangalore. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Kevin worked in the audit practice at Arthur Andersen in New York, serving clients in real estate and financial services.

Kevin earned a BS in Accounting from New York University in 1992 and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2000. He is a certified public accountant in the United States.
