Our Growth Journey

In 2018, Revantage Asia launched with the founding principle to provide a centralized accounting and corporate service platform for Blackstone’s Real Estate investment structures. We leveraged people, process, and technology from our Revantage Europe colleagues to create closely-coupled service offerings. 

Over 2019 we grew exponentially by:

  • doubling the scope of our deals supported
  • establishing a presence in India (in addition to our Singapore HQ) to create a talented and diverse team
  • enhancing our service line scope 
  • increasing our headcount by 350%

For 2020 and beyond, we’re enhancing our service scope to support Blackstone Finance and Asset Management across the deal life cycle including:

  • expanding scale and global operations 
  • building a best-in-class technology platform to deliver powerful insights to Blackstone portfolio companies.
  • launching Risk and Insurance, Valuations Support, Technology, Corporate Secretarial and Legal & Compliance service offerings.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Our accounting team offers a comprehensive set of services, including delivering accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for our portfolios. It includes external audits, multiple reporting deliverables (debt compliance, investor, and statutory), corporate accounting, accounts payable, shared entity management, distribution and capitalization coordination, transaction, refinancing and restructuring assistance, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Debt Reporting

The debt reporting team supports the full debt life-cycle from management reporting, valuation support, covenant compliance tracking, quarterly capital markets reporting and provision of ad-hoc reporting support to the Blackstone Capital Markets team.

Onboarding Support

Our onboarding team supports pre & post deal on-boarding of investment structures ranging from compliance/KYC coordination, system on-boarding and audit support. Using industry best practices our proactive, responsive and qualified staff ensure the smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of investment structures.

Risk and Insurance

Our Risk and Insurance team offers insurance placement and procurement, claims management, general risk, management advice and assistance across the Asia Pacific portfolio of real estate assets.

Tax Compliance

Our tax team supports the coordination of tax compliance for the Blackstone Real Estate investments across Asia Pacific, including working with tax agents and local partners across Asia Pacific reviewing and tracking tax returns across the various jurisdictions (such as corporate income tax returns, goods and service tax, business activity statements and other international tax requirements). The team supports day-to-day tax compliance queries from stakeholders and tax authorities, and coordinates annual US tax reporting across all Asia Pacific investments.


Our technology team oversees the build and strategy for the Data and Analytics platform of the future. The team oversees regional technology strategy, system implementations and integrations while providing support to our team.


Our treasury team provides high-quality support across a wide variety of cash and debt management functions. Cash management support includes cash reporting, bank account maintenance, and bank relationship management.

Valuations Support

Our valuations and portfolio reporting support services team coordinates third-party property appraisals, and creates fund reporting and portfolio analytics.

Legal and Compliance

The legal team provides support for a broad suite of legal services including real estate transactions support, contract negotiations, corporate matters, and legal compliance.

Corporate Secretarial

The corporate secretarial team offers a wide range of corporate secretary services to support the investment entities’ management, by navigating through all administration and governance processes. This ranges from the initial setting up, to the day-to-day management and final liquidation process.
