Kevin Kochar serves as APAC Chief Financial Officer for Revantage, a global corporate services leader serving Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies. Based in Singapore, Kevin leads the Accounting, Tax and Finance Operations teams for Revantage Asia, and provides oversight for finance across APAC.

Kevin has 30 years of professional, managerial and leadership experience in finance, real estate accounting, management reporting and regulatory reporting. Before joining Revantage Asia, Kevin was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he held numerous leadership positions across functions working in various locations including New York, Tokyo, Singapore and Bangalore. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked in the audit practice at Arthur Andersen in New York, serving clients in real estate and financial services.

Kevin earned a BS in Accounting from New York University in 1992 and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2000. He is a certified public accountant in the United States.
