Karan Gulati is the Global Head of Business Transformation and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, he is responsible for leading business transformation efforts across all our business functions.

Under his leadership, the Business Transformation Team drives strategic change to improve service delivery, increase efficiency and enable innovation through competencies in strategy and transformation execution, enterprise risk management, business intelligence and planning, technology enablement and process excellence.

Karan previously served as Revantage North America’s SVP, Strategic Initiatives. Prior to Revantage, Karan served as Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff at Allstate Investments, where he oversaw long-term business planning as well as business optimization and transformation. He also brings experience in corporate strategy & planning, operating model transformation and building and leading high-performing global teams from his previous roles at Deloitte Consulting, Diamond Management and Technology Consultants and Discover Financial Services.

Karan received an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
