Allen Wong is a Senior Vice President, Global Head of Strategy for Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company that provides best-in-class corporate services. Allen is responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s long-term growth strategy and oversees its global business development and innovation agenda. A member of the Global Leadership Team, he works closely with partners across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific to identify opportunities to further unlock value for Blackstone real estate and our other business partners worldwide.

Since joining Revantage in 2021, Allen has held several leadership positions across regions. He initially led North America’s five-year strategy development and managed the build-out of the region’s Center of Excellence team. He later relocated to Singapore where, as Head of People & Culture and Strategic Advisor for Asia Pacific, he transformed the region’s talent functions, expanded Revantage’s APAC presence and strengthened the strategy capabilities across some of Blackstone’s largest APAC investments. Prior to Revantage, he was a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he advised C-suites and boards of global consumer products and retail companies in growth strategy, innovation and international market entry.

Allen graduated cum laude from Bowdoin College with degrees in Government & Legal Studies and Music. In his free time, he is an accomplished pianist and has been featured on NPR’s From the Top.
