Elijah Kanevskiy has an in-depth knowledge of the US and European real estate markets and is a member of Revantage Europe’s Executive Management team. Along with being responsible for the oversight of the European open-ended Core+ fund’s platform and its portfolios across Europe, Elijah acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s BREP and BPP investment entities in Europe.

Before joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2018, he held senior positions at various US-based real estate asset management firms, including closed-end and open-end fund managers, listed, traded and non-traded REITs. Most recently, in his capacity as a Real Estate VP, he oversaw the launch of the Rhone Group’s first open-end fund. Prior to that, Elijah was responsible for NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. (NYSCE: NRE) and NorthStar Healthcare Income Inc. SEC and investor reporting. He also held various finance positions at Paramount Group Inc., ING Clarion Partners LLC and began his career as an auditor at Friedman LLP.

In 2018, Elijah relocated from the US to join our firm in Luxembourg. He holds a B.S. in Public Accounting from Fordham University, New York City, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
