Dorota Roch’s background in corporate finance and as an independent consultant lend her an abundance of expertise in matters that are core to the ongoing success of the Revantage Europe corporate initiative. Along with being a member of Revantage Europe’s executive management team, she acts as a director of a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities in Europe.

Prior to joining Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe) in 2012, she worked as a finance consultant in Kinetic Partners LLP (now Duff & Phelps) a premier independent advisor with expertise in the areas of valuation, corporate finance, disputes and investigations, compliance and regulatory matters and other governance-related issues.

Dorota is a qualified certified accountant who holds a MS in Finance and Banking from University of Economics in Poland.
