Dorota Roch leads Continental Europe Operations for Revantage, supporting Blackstone Real Estate’s regional platform. In her role, she oversees regional operational governance, ensures alignment with global standards, manages overhead budgets, partners with People & Culture on staff-related matters and workforce planning, and provides administrative oversight for the Luxembourg and Amsterdam offices. 

She also serves as a director for a number of Blackstone Real Estate’s investment entities across Europe.

Prior to joining Revantage in 2012, Dorota spent nearly five years in London with Kinetic Partners LLP (later Duff & Phelps, now Kroll), supporting core corporate finance activities, including financial reporting, performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting. and planning support to group companies, ensuring strong financial controls and effective decision‑making.

Dorota is a qualified certified accountant and holds a Master of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics in Poland.
