Allen is the Director of People & Culture for Revantage Asia, where he is responsible for building a winning and engaging talent experience for all of its professionals in Singapore. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, he has oversight across all talent areas, including strategy and operations, talent acquisition, learning and development and talent engagement. In addition, he serves as Strategic Advisor for Asia Pacific, and partners with Blackstone and Revantage leadership to further expand the firm’s offerings and presence throughout the region, most recently in Australia & New Zealand.

Prior to his current role, Allen was based in Revantage’s North America headquarters in Chicago, where he led its five-year corporate strategy development and managed the build-out of its Center of Excellence. He also led global transformation efforts that have brought each region closer together, while rapidly increasing the maturity of the firm’s corporate strategy capabilities. Prior to Revantage, Allen was a New York-based strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he advised C-suites and boards of global consumer products and retail companies in growth strategy, innovation and international market entry.

Outside of work, Allen is also an accomplished pianist. Since his solo debut at age twelve, his musical journey has taken him to major venues across the United States, including two appearances on National Public Radio’s From the Top, where he performed as a Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist. Allen graduated cum laude from Bowdoin College in beautiful Midcoast Maine, with degrees in Government & Legal Studies and Music.
