Our Growth Journey

In August 2017 Revantage was founded with six core departments: Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Human Resources and Technology. 

As Revantage remains in hyper growth mode, we continue to increase our value proposition of service offerings adding services such as Valuations and Portfolio Reporting Support Services, Data and Analytics, Property Technology and Risk and Control.

We continually work with our business partners to understand their strategy, challenges and needs to remain competitive in the marketplace. We rely on our talented people to provide these solutions and continually push the limits on what we can offer.

Valuations and Portfolio Reporting Support Services

The valuations and portfolio reporting support team produces valuation cash flow modeling, property/fund metrics and reports to support the underlying valuation process. Furthermore, they support the third party appraisal and review processes.


The tax team supports all aspects of tax for our business partner properties and investments, including filing state and local income tax returns, filing and appealing property tax returns, and forecasting tax requirements.


The treasury team provide provides support across a wide array of cash and debt management functions. Cash management support includes cash reporting, forecasting, coordination of distributions, bank account maintenance, and bank relationship management. The debt support function includes onboarding of new loans for acquisitions and re-financing, disposition support, and serving as the liaison between loan servicers and business partners.

Legal and Risk Management

The legal team provides support for a broad suite of legal services including real estate transactions support, commercial leasing, contract negotiations, corporate matters, construction and development, and legal compliance.

The risk management team maintains our business partners’ extensive insurance programs, while proactively minimizing risks and acting as a point of contact for all insurance claims.

People and Culture

The people and culture team drives talent management, attraction, retention, and engagement through strategic and operational talent programs. This includes talent acquisition, advisory services, payroll, benefits, compensation, learning and development, and culture and engagement.


The accounting team provides a full array of services, delivering accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for our business partners. This includes external audits, debt compliance reporting, corporate accounting, transaction assistance, lease administration functions, forecasting, and financial analysis.


The technology team manages daily infrastructure and is building the Data and Analytics platform of the future. The team oversees all new system implementations and integrations while providing user support to our partners.
