Sean Radford is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company providing best-in-class corporate services. In this role, Sean leads the company’s global People & Culture strategy, overseeing business partners, talent management, talent acquisition, learning & development, HR operations, total rewards and related functions.

Sean joins Revantage from Aon, where he served as Global Deputy Chief People Officer and Chief People Officer, North America. Previously, he was CHRO at HALO, a private equity-backed company specializing in branded merchandise and employee recognition. His career also includes HR and business leadership roles at CNA Insurance, Target and Wells Fargo.

Sean is an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago and a board member of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago.

He holds a master’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
