Gary Kemp is Asia Pacific Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis for Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company that provides best-in-class corporate services. Gary is responsible for FP&A, Treasury Ops and Procurement functions across the region. In this strategic leadership role, Gary oversees financial and management reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy and insightful analysis that drives informed decision-making at the executive level.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, he champions the development of robust reporting frameworks and cultivates collaboration across business units to align financial operations with the company’s broader strategic objectives.

Gary brings extensive experience in financial services, having held senior roles in banking, wealth management and fund administration across the UK, Ireland, and Australia.

Gary holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde. He is a qualified chartered accountant (CIMA), combining strong technical expertise with strategic business insight.
