James is responsible for the Valuations & Portfolio Reporting function supporting Blackstone’s real estate funds across the Asia Pacific market. He has a strategic focus on people, processes and technology to maintain platform stability for the day-to-day core service offering and to facilitate business scalability through enhanced capabilities that support a broader suite of professional services. As a member of the Extended Leadership Team, he collaborates with other functional leaders to collectively drive Revantage Asia’s full service offerings.

James is a qualified real estate professional with 25 years’ experience in valuation and advisory services, including over 15 years in Asia, based in Singapore. He has an extensive track record in executing valuations across multiple geographies within the Asia Pacific region and across all major assets classes as well as alternative asset classes.

James joined Revantage Asia in 2023 following leadership roles at both CBRE and JLL, managing valuation and advisory business lines domestically in Singapore and regionally across Southeast Asia.
