Douglas Teo is SVP, Global Head of Business Transformation, where he is responsible for leading the business transformation efforts covering all Revantage business functions for the firm. As a member of Revantage Asia’s Senior Leadership Team, Douglas also oversees and drives the strategic direction of Revantage Asia’s firm wide change management programs.
Under his leadership, the Business Transformation team in Asia is responsible for institutionalizing competencies that includes strategy, business intelligence & planning, operating model maintenance & enhancements, innovations & automation, as well as change & delivery management.
Douglas joined Revantage following a track-record of more than 20 years of successful career in the change & delivery space across different businesses in the financial industry, ranging from wealth & private banking, asset management, consumer & corporate, as well as large-scale M&A integration for key global financial institutions. Having spent his career across business, technology and operations functions, Douglas brings a well-rounded perspective and approach to partnering with the business in understanding its functional values and operating model to ensure robustness and scalability.
