The Debt Reporting team supports the full debt life-cycle from management reporting, valuation support, covenant compliance tracking, quarterly capital markets reporting and provision of ad-hoc reporting support to the Blackstone Capital Markets team.

The Legal & Compliance team provides support for a broad suite of legal services including real estate transactions support, contract negotiations, corporate matters, commercial leasing, construction and development, and legal compliance.

The Marketing & Communications team drives strategies across brand positioning of property assets, corporate communications, content production and delivering sales and leasing marketing campaigns, digital strategies for assets and customer engagement for our portfolio companies.

Our Onboarding team supports pre & post deal on-boarding of investment structures ranging from compliance/KYC coordination, system on-boarding and audit support. Using industry best practices our proactive, responsive and qualified staff ensure the smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of investment structures.

The People & Culture team drives talent management, acquisition, retention and engagement through strategic and operational talent programs. This includes talent acquisition, culture and engagement, advisory services, payroll, benefits, compensation and learning and development.

Our Accounting team offers a comprehensive set of services, including delivering accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting for our business partners. It includes external audits, multiple reporting deliverables (debt compliance, investor and statutory), corporate accounting, accounts payable, shared entity management, distribution and capitalization coordination, transaction, refinancing and restructuring assistance, forecasting and financial analysis.

Our Risk & Insurance team maintains our business partners’ extensive insurance programs and offers insurance placement and procurement, claims management, general risk management advice and assistance across the Asia Pacific portfolio of real estate assets.

Our Tax team advises and supports the coordination of tax compliance for Blackstone real estate portfolio companies and investments across Asia Pacific. This includes working with tax agents and local partners across Asia Pacific to file, review and track tax returns across the various jurisdictions (such as corporate income tax returns, goods and service tax, business activity statements and other international tax requirements), file and appeal property tax returns, and forecast tax requirements. The team also supports day-to-day tax compliance queries from stakeholders and tax authorities, and coordinates annual US tax reporting across all Asia Pacific investments.

The Technology team manages daily infrastructure and is building a data and analytics platform of the future. The team oversees all new system implementations, integrations and cyber security management, while providing user support to our partners.

Our Valuations & Portfolio Reporting support services team coordinates third-party property appraisals, and creates fund reporting and portfolio analytics.
