In this role, Nadine leads, directs, and oversees initiatives involving employees including talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, corporate wellness, rewards and recognition, corporate sustainability and social responsibility, and organizational development. She also leads all efforts around branding, internal and external marketing and communications, and culture building initiatives. Nadine brings to Revantage 15 years of strategic thought leadership, talent, and culture-building expertise to help accelerate the company through its current stage of rapid growth and expansion. A true partner to the CEO and CHRO and a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, Nadine develops and executes the core values and processes in support of Revantage’s business and operational goals.
