Jason Cook is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Revantage Corporate Services. A pivotal member of the executive leadership team, Jason’s responsibilities encompass the People & Culture organization, including Culture & Experience, Human Resources (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Operations and Rewards & Recognition), Communications and Corporate Responsibility. Jason brings a reputation for driving accountability and a deep understanding of promoting and instilling corporate cultures of excellence and collaboration.
Jason is a highly respected thought-leader in human resources with over 20 years of experience, both domestic and international. Prior to joining Revantage, Jason was Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Florida region. He also served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Human Resources for RBC Capital Markets and held progressive Human Resource and Talent Management roles for Bank of America / Merrill Lynch in London and New York. Earlier in his career, he worked at Goldman Sachs specializing in global learning and development, and also worked in guest relations, service quality, and operations at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Ian Schrages Hotels and Grand Life Hotels.
