As Senior Vice President and Executive of Talent and Development, Gregory leads Revantage’s global talent acquisition strategy to recruit and retain a diverse, high performing executive talent pool to support Revantage’s growing business globally. Gregory is tasked with senior-level talent acquisition, and responsible for developing the senior executive recruiting strategy, sourcing prospective candidates, hiring and on-boarding, immersion and productivity, career advancement, conducting executive assessments, plus the succession and retention of senior level executives. Additionally, he acts as the single point of contact to manage Revantage’s relationships with executive search firms. His focus is on building and developing an external pipeline of executive level talent, identifying the leaders of Revantage and its Portfolio Companies who will be successful in tomorrow’s markets and businesses.
