Nicole Grimaldi serves as CFO of Revantage, a leading global corporate services provider to Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies. As a senior executive of the organization, she helps drive the strategic direction of Revantage, overseeing financial strategy, managing financial operations and providing financial reporting and portfolio management to Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance and the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Revantage as CFO in 2019, she was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Corporate Finance at InvenTrust Properties, where she led a team responsible for capital allocation, investment decisions and business strategy. Prior to InvenTrust, she held senior leadership positions at the Private Bank, RREEF and LaSalle Bank. She is involved in several industry organizations, a Goldie Mentor and serves as the Executive Sponsor of Revantage Women in Network (WIN).

Nicole, with the finance team, plays a critical role in the continued evolution and growth of Revantage. She continues to rely on her strong financial acumen and keen judgement to make the critical decisions necessary to further position Revantage, Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies as leaders in the industry.
