Natalia is Chief Operating Officer at Revantage. In this role, she partners with leadership on strategy development and operationalization across our North American business. She also collaborates cross-functionally on critical initiatives focused on Revantage’s growth, scale and continuous improvement while overseeing North American ESG, Communications, Insurance and Risk Management teams, as well as Legal, Transactions, Enterprise Risk Management, Strategic Initiatives and Office Services.

Natalia has extensive experience in the financial services sector developing and leading high performing teams that drive business forward, helping complex organizations manage risk and navigate change.

Prior to joining Revantage, she worked at Equity Group Investments where she served as President of its wealth management division, the Zell family office, as well as Chief Operating Officer overseeing operations, client solutions, HR, IT, communications, office services and project management. Before that she was COO for the Americas region of EFG International AG, a publicly traded Swiss private banking group, and Group Deputy Head of International Legal.
