The management plan included the renewal and extension of over 40 leases, new leasing origination, implementation of refurbishment programmes across all assets and oversight of new development.
Involved at inception of Blackstone’s European logistics platform, Logicor, the Revantage team worked on the initial acquisition and management of c. 9.5million sq ft of institutional high quality logistics properties spanning strategic locations throughout the UK. We were also involved in the incubation and onboarding of the existing Logicor team which saw the overall business sold for €12.15billion.
Developed out two mixed use schemes and 371 partially completed residential units across two sites including the tallest building in Ireland, the Elysian Tower. The Multifamily elements were leased up to 100% occupancy setting new market rents.
Both developments sold to specialist multifamily investors.
Brand creation and development of over 2,500 beds across 3 properties becoming the 2nd largest direct let operator in London. Provides a unique international student living environment, urban, smart and built for today’s students. The variety of room types and rates appeals to most socio-economic groups, whether independent or communal, there are options to fit most needs.
All the assets are centrally located with Nido Spitalfields when constructed being the tallest student accommodation building globally.
